They were rude and used inappropriate language during our interaction, which made the situation very uncomfortable. There’s no reason for anyone to be spoken to that way, especially in a professional setting. I expected basic respect and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their communication and professionalism moving forward.
