He offered advice when asked and was very patient when asked questions. From scheduling an estimate, to rhe estimator coming out, to the plumber everyone at The Plumbing Authority has been very kind and helpful.

She has always been very pleasant and accommodating to talk to and promptly schedules the work to be done at my home. Most recently, I had issues with two outside water faucets. I had requested Steve to do the repairs as I had used him on a previous plumbing installation. Steve is very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job on the installation of the new froze-free water bibs. He even took time to discuss some other plumbing questions that I had. Based on my experience with Audra, Steve, and the Plumbing Authority, I would highly recommend them and I plan to continue to use them for my future plumbing needs.

The price was a little steep for my liking, but of course that's the way with most things these days and was not the installer's fault.

He was incredibly thorough, answered every question we had, even explaining the basic workings of the pipes and valves he'd be working with, and the estimate was spot on. Plumbers are incredibly expensive, we all know, but The Plumbing Authority was actually reasonable. I highly recommend their services, especially if the rest of their crew is even a fraction as knowledgeable and friendly as Jake was.

He did an excellent job in checking everything: plus he took the time to help my husband carry heavy bags of salt for our water filtration system from the driveway to our basement. Yesterday my husband hurt his back, and Chase’s act of kindness helped him so much.
