  First time using Plumbing Authority. The hot water value which feeds the washing machine was leaking. Austin called before keeping the appointment, assessed the problem, made recommendations and went to work. Austin is very knowledgeable and professional. Next time we need a plumber, we will call Plumbing Authority!

  Workers were very rude.They block a shared drive way all day and didn't care about any others that lived there. Did not let any one know about the work. Didn't do homework to do the job. They cut my line and don't seam to be worried. Do not use 16 hours later and they still have not fixed my water. It is sad that these plumbers can fix a cut line that they did

  I highly recommend The Plumbing Authority! Jake N. provided amazing customer service and truly went above and beyond. He was kind, accommodating with a later appointment time, and made us feel genuinely valued—not like we were just another number. He was honest, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to use The Plumbing Authority again!

  Our water pressure had increased greatly. We called that morning and they came out that afternoon and replaced our water pressure valve. They were very professional at their job and the technician was very courteous. He explained everything he was doing. Th price was high but for the work they did, was worth it. Would recommend.

  I really felt like God was looking out for us yesterday (12/17/2025). We were dealing with a majorly clogged drain that even the strongest cleaner couldn't touch, and honestly, I was dreading the whole process of calling a plumber. But from the first call to The Plumbing Authority, everything changed. Chase Rost was a total blessing. Usually, when you call a service tech, you’re stuck sitting at home all day waiting, but they coordinated everything so well that we were actually able to go out and get our errands done. The 30-minute 'on my way' text was a lifesaver. When Chase arrived, he was so professional and just had a really pleasant, calm energy. He’s been doing this for 10 years and it shows—he did a thorough check, told us exactly what our options were without any fluff, and then got to work. He was so focused that the whole issue was resolved in just minutes. What I appreciated most was that even though he worked fast, he stayed to answer every single question we had. He really turned an unpleasant situation around for us. If you need plumbing help, do yourself a favor and call this company, and definitely ask for Chase. You won't find better service.
