He diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly and correctly and made other sound recommendations for addressing another looming, separate problem with my hot water heater. I was very pleased and impressed with the service he provided. Ian and Corbin did the installation of my new hot water heater. They were very polite, very professional and did an excellent job. I was again very pleased and impressed with the service they provided and would highly recommend them and Tennessee Standard for all of your plumbing needs.

- JKJohn KorbosNov 6, 20255.0Declan Faull and Thomas Reed need to be appreciated and recognized.They did a professional job with my messed up toilet flanges and replaced my 17 year old tankless water heater like a professional.l had a great time with them they did special and extra work to make it right.They are very honest and make you company look great.when it was time to pay they informed me that I had a discount because they did need to do what I was price out at and told me the price will be less.Now that’s caring god bless them both. Zach Dalton was also great with caring for what I needed done and very respectful to me and my wife.Tn standard plumbing have 3 great and respectful employees. God bless and keep making it right.

Within 5 minutes of making the appointment with the very courteous and professional customer service manager, I received a text and email confirmation - and the appointment was just 2 days from the call. On the day of the appointment, I received a text and email reminder. Then, in the afternoon during the appointment time slot, a text notified me that the licensed plumber was on his way. An email provided me with his name and background. Unbelievable. Then, Mike (the plumber) called to provide his ETA and he arrived on the dot. After listening to my explanation about the problem with our Navien tankless water heater, he explained everything he was going to do. First up was to check the installation, which included him going into the attic and on the roof to examine the intake and exhaust vent pipes. After completing that, he quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained the repair procedure and price - which was extremely fair and reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the service from Tennessee Standard Plumbing and wholeheartedly recommend them. I will certainly use them again when the situation warrants it.

I appreciate the attention to detail such as the boot covers put on when they came inside my home. Also, after finishing the installation on the water heater and filtration system Declan and Thomas vacuumed up the debris and left the garage tidy. The company sends email and text letting you know who is coming with a picture of the technician. They also call to let you know when they are on the way. I am very satisfied with the whole process and would recommend Tennessee Standard Plumbing to anyone.
