  The product and install was great, but the customer service I received with my sales guy was pretty terrible. My original pick in materials was discontinued, but I was not told that prior to paying the deposit and even after my sales guy was notified, I was not notified for 2 weeks after my order that the material was not available. Even with that, I was emailed instead of called. Good thing I check my emails, but not everyone does. After emailing him back, I never received a response, nor did he provide alternatives. I had to call a couple days later and ask someone else to send me pics of other samples and was told my sales guy would have them ready for me the next day to pick up. When I arrived, no one was in the lobby for 10 minutes. Finally someone came out and went and grabbed my sales guy. He did not have samples ready for me and did not seem to know that I had spoken to someone else. When I decided on a new color I tried calling the store several times over the course of the day and no one answered, nor did I get a call back. I had to physically go there to complete the order. I emailed about a week later and left my sales guy a voicemail for an update and did not receive communication back from him until I called again and spoke to someone else who was able to give me the update. I received an email back from my sales guy a couple days later. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and help with alternatives I received through the process. However, the counters are beautiful and the installers did a fantastic job.

  Anthony (in Sales), Thank you so much for everything from start to finish. It was my very first time purchasing a counter top and entire experience was absolute! 👌 Mr. Lee (install manager), His detail and prioritizing me as a costumer, I genuinely appreciate it. Great team and customer service was worth every penny. Thank you again!

  We recently worked with Smokey Mountain Tops and chose Aspen White for our countertops. The installation itself turned out great, the granite was cut to size and looks beautiful. However, our experience with the sales process was disappointing. The sales rep we worked with, Josh, was slow to communicate, and we often had to push to get estimates or information. He did not seem very motivated or friendly, and when we reached out after installation to report a chip in the granite, he never responded to our email. While we are pleased with the quality of the installation, the lack of customer service from the sales side was frustrating.

  Great experience with these folks. Our salesman Jason did a great job helping us pick out the best slab and was patient while we went through the process. Steve and Derek did an amazing job installing the countertops in a 115 year old house with no square walls and cabinets. Steve and Derek should get a huge bonus for all the custom modifications they had to make! Our kitchen looks like a million dollars! Thank you all for a great job!

  Better than expected service and help...Mark was instrumental in helping to redesign our kitchen redo...we love the final product...we had two teams for installation and removal of prior quartz...removal was difficult because of tile backsplash and tight fits...installers had impossible task to fit new countertops into a space with no tolerances for fitting new thicker countertops into backsplash gap...but, result was perfect... highly recommend SMT..
