We felt like an extremely valued customer, where our voices were heard and quickly responded to. The finished project of our countertops and backsplash is truly a work of art, and I cannot believe the skill of Bob and his install team. I would work with them again in a heartbeat and would, without hesitation, recommend them to any person looking to elevate their home.

My original pick in materials was discontinued, but I was not told that prior to paying the deposit and even after my sales guy was notified, I was not notified for 2 weeks after my order that the material was not available. Even with that, I was emailed instead of called. Good thing I check my emails, but not everyone does. After emailing him back, I never received a response, nor did he provide alternatives. I had to call a couple days later and ask someone else to send me pics of other samples and was told my sales guy would have them ready for me the next day to pick up. When I arrived, no one was in the lobby for 10 minutes. Finally someone came out and went and grabbed my sales guy. He did not have samples ready for me and did not seem to know that I had spoken to someone else. When I decided on a new color I tried calling the store several times over the course of the day and no one answered, nor did I get a call back. I had to physically go there to complete the order. I emailed about a week later and left my sales guy a voicemail for an update and did not receive communication back from him until I called again and spoke to someone else who was able to give me the update. I received an email back from my sales guy a couple days later. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and help with alternatives I received through the process. However, the counters are beautiful and the installers did a fantastic job.
