- JSJason SwietekDec 22, 20255.0ProDeck did a great job! Very smooth process of getting a quote to getting the job finished up. The staff at ProDeck is extremely communicative which makes knowing what’s happening and when easy and allows for any necessary communications about the job quick and simple. Jacob, Gabe, and Dustin were all helpful and reached out as the project developed and or changed hands of project manager. The work is of high quality although a bit expensive. We had the unexpected added bonus of having to replace an entire deck though, so if you aren’t having to put in an entirely new structure you’ll probably be happier with the cost for your job. The crew led by Ebedardo worked very hard, clearly with little or no fear of heights, and often labored into the evening with headlights to make sure certain aspects of work got done, especially as rain occasionally approached. The jobsite was a bit of a mess afterwards with large piles of muddy clay left around the base of the deck which had been “lawn”ish before from the digging up of the old concrete footer for the deck and a mess of screws, nails, and other metal bits were left hanging around until requested that they be removed twice. Overall, I think anyone will be quite satisfied with the high level of communication and quality of work from ProcDeck, there may just be some small things that get overlooked in the process of putting the “finishing touches” on things.

Once things got rolling, it was fast and dedicated service. Omar’s crew showed up as scheduled every day, worked their tail off, and our deck was completed in a crazy short time with high quality. I won’t hesitate using ProDeck again if I need to.
