Went on to tell me the unit, installed in 2019, is really built to last no more than 1-3 years. His advice, since it would be weeks before the over-priced part would come in, was to spend over $10k for a new unit.

I had a gas heat system in a home that failed to start when the weather cooled. Nathan came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered parts and in 48 hours the heat system was up and running. Nathan was very knowledgeable about the system and is very professional to work with. I highly recommend Pol's heating and air.
