  Back in the summer of 2014, I was in the process of buying my dream home when the home inspection came back showing major foundation issues. In a normal circumstance, I would have probably backed out of the deal, especially after having heard from friends and family for years that structural issues were something to be avoided at all cost when purchasing a home. Thankfully, I had been working for Master Dry for several years at that point, and I knew that our company could fix the problem! I had had the pleasure of speaking to countless customers who were offered both an affordable, reliable fix for their home's problems AND peace of mind, both of which I would need in buying my first home. It was such an incredible opportunity for me to be on the OTHER side of the table- as the customer who was simply seeking an honest, tried-and-true solution to what could have been a very stressful, worrisome situation. One of our inspectors came out to my future home and I got to experience first-hand the incredible customer service that Master Dry is known for. He walked me through exactly what the problem was, how it was caused, and what could be done to fix it. I never felt pressured into anything, but I was given the confidence and knowledge necessary to make a thoughtful, wise decision regarding the purchase of my dream home. After some negotiations with the seller, I was able to purchase the home with the knowledge that once it was mine, I knew EXACTLY who I was going to have come out and fix the foundation issues... and that's exactly what I did! My coworkers in the production department came out to my home shortly after I moved in to install Carbon Fiber Strips, an incredible solution to my home's foundation issues. I live on the side of a mountain and many of the tradition piering systems simply weren't an option due to the placement of the wall up against the earth. It was hard to visualize at first how something like strips of carbon fiber along my back basement wall could fix the problem, but I'm certainly a believer now! Three years later, I can say that the foundation wall is both stable and unmoved! It's such a relief as a home owner to know that with everything that can go wrong with a home, I will never have to worry about the structure or stability of my house ever again! Every step of the process with Master Dry was easy, and I felt so confident that I was going to be taken care of like family. As an employee of the company, I would have expected that, but when I hear on a daily basis from other customers and home owners, like myself, who are overjoyed with the quality of service and products that they receive from our company, it makes me proud to call Master Dry home.

  My husband scheduled an appointment with this company and it took over a month for them to come out. When they did come I was treated as an inconvenience and lied to and the worst part is that's before they went in my crawl space. I won't be letting this company under my house or doing business with them.
