  Master Service Companies is hands down the best! I've had a waterproofing system in my basement for over 5 years and unfortunately with the mass amounts of rain we've had this year, it wasn't able to handle all the water. Until this incident, I had not a single drop of water in my basement. I called MSC and they had someone out the next day to inspect and work on the system. Determined that there must have been something stopping up the tract system and got it working once again! They took care of us and I will highly recommend them to anyone in the future!

  Wish to update my initial review made when I had crawl space work done by Master Dry back in May 2013 consisting of total encapsulation, sump pump, dehumidifier, perimeter drainage to sump pump, floor joist sistered. Master Dry personnel were professional and knowledgeable in their assessment of how to resolve our dampness problems. I have them back annually to inspect the system. I highly recommend them to anybody needing too eliminate a dampness problem in their home. The encapsulation system is a great idea even on new construction with or without a drainage problem.
