    We hired this company to repair some field lines and handle a section of driveway repair. From the very first phone call to the end of the job, they were prompt, professional, and reliable. They showed up on time and even stayed late to finish before the rain moved in. Exceptional service and quality workmanship from start to finish. Highly recommend!

    I had a great experience with Smoky Mountain Deck Builders. I first observed their work on a friend's back deck. They did a great job for him and the builders politely challenged my presence when I arrived to check on his dog. I liked that they looked out for the homeowner even when he was away. When I hired SMDB for my own project, they were really great to work with. They were very transparent about the payment process as deposits and payments are due a key milestones throughout the build. They also worked with me on scheduling when I had to delay a couple weeks to deal with an unexpected HVAC replacement. The project they performed for me was of excellent build quality. I really appreciated the detailed planning and approval process because I was able to see diagrams of the proposed build, ask questions, and make sure I understood what the scope of work was. The construction process was quick and efficient. I really appreciated that things didn't drag on and that I didn't have to repeatedly follow up. They did the job, minded the final details to wrap up, and left me with a build that I am very pleased with. I look forward to scheduling another project with SMDBs in the near future.

    We have been planning our deck and porch renovations for more than five years and Smoky Mountain Deck Builders built us a beautiful two story deck with a spiral staircase and a screened in porch. Jason helped us get the plans set and Flip, Beckett and James built the huge structure. We were impressed with their knowledge, skills and work ethic. James and Chance did a great job with finish aesthetics. As with most construction projects, some issues come up but Christian always had solutions to make us happy. Isabella handled the financial things well and took care of general communications. Thank you Smoky Mountain Deck Builders for building us a beautiful deck and porch. You definitely deserve a five star rating.

    The team build a really great enclosure for me and at the end of the day it is exactly what I imagined. There were a couple of hiccups along the way. The project started later than anticipated, and took longer than anticipated but he crew listened well and at the end of the day delivered on their promise.
