We had an electrical service call to change out lights, and our technician, Daniel, was prompt, polite, and very friendly. He explained what he was doing, worked efficiently, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I purchased their service agreement, first year they were proactive and contacted me to schedule. In Jan '25 my unit stopped working, they advised the control unit was bad, they wanted to charge double the market price for a Nest thermostat, and over $800 to run 35 ft of thermostats wire. It cost me $18 dollars and 25 mins to pull the wire. Needless to say, I did not pay them to hook up thermostat. Silence for the next year no contact to service unit for spring or winter perthe service contract I purchased. When I called, they provided a number they stated they had called, it was not remotely close to my number. How do you have incorrect info, when you had previously been to my home 3 other times? Dec '26 after cancelling the service agreement I requested they provide the winter service owed, they did, and this time they found heat exchanger had a hole. The tech, who was very nice, advised part on backorder for 50 days! I called Carrier directly and they advised suppliers should expedite the order. After sitting in a cold house, I called their office and asked if anyone there would be ok with no heat for 50 days in winter and advised of Carrier info. They stated they never heard of expedited orders and that the supplier for Carrier in Jackson was hard to deal with? I said we are 80 miles from Memphis; can't someone call another supplier? They said they would try and behold that afternoon they had the part being shipped from Houston. Why should a customer have to prompt them to seek alternative solutions to finding a part for a heater in winter? So out $1500 I now have heat. It took the tech 4 hours to install. I am all for companies making profit, but my history with this company shows they have an excessive idea of profit but lack the ability to provide reasonable customer service. I would not recommend this company.

We had a late-night electrical issue when the TV, aquarium, and one other wall going out. I called Ferguson and made an appointment. They were able to fit us into their schedule the next morning. Our technician, Kelly, arrived on time and diagnosed our problem quickly. She narrowed it down to an outlet behind the couch and replaced it with a new one. She was very professional and knowledgeable about our issue.

Steven was great. The cost was outrageous! I will never use Tim Ferguson's services again. Over $1800 for a leak. He was on the job bless than 4 hours. I cut the hole in the wall & will have to patch it. It was just a shower valve. I will recommend everyone in my community to NOT use Tim Ferguson. Unbelievable how much this cost!

Juan and James did an excellent job explaining everything that needed to be repaired with the pipes under my home. They were clear, thorough, and made sure I understood the situation and the next steps.
Because of the severity of the issue, they were able to get a project manager out the same day. They were incredibly considerate of the fact that I have a baby in the home and was in urgent need of running water. Even though the project manager was already busy at other job sites, they made room to squeeze me in due to the urgency of my situation.
Within a week, everything was assessed and scheduled, and repairs are set to begin on Thursday. Iām also very grateful that they acknowledged military service, which allowed me to receive a discount.
Their customer service, care, and commitment to putting customers first truly stood out. You can tell this is a company that genuinely wants to serve people well and do their best work. I highly recommend them for any plumbing, air, and electrical needs. They also offer great benefits if you sign up for their program.
Update: TC , Williams and Charles did a great work re-piping the my home. Even installing an ice maker and showing/telling me where the had to move the hose line and added on to other areas. Great and friendly men who were very thorough and kind to my little one as well! Awesome work!
