They installed a new gas line and also installed my ventless gas logs. And they did a tremendous job. I’ve recommend Tim Ferguson to anyone.

Showed us the old one. Fixed it! He did an excellent job of inspecting the unit! Friendly and professional. Can’t recommend this company enough!

Then on Monday, the service man showed up and explained her mistake to me in person and showed the actual costs of the testings. I was shocked and I told him I had known I would have called others for quotes. Phone call would have him from the trip and saved me from wasting the money. I took off work early for nothing. He was nice enough to say few things about troubleshooting but thats all I got ......for $90. Be sure to ask about ALL diagnostic testings.

I had some questions about some issues and she thoroughly discussed them and gave us estimates on repairing them. During the inspection she discussed some issues in the attic and inside of the house! She gave clear reasoning why they needed attention. Once we decided to get the immediate needs repaired she did them in timely manner even with my 4 yr old asking her a 1000 questions!! I would recommend Kelly Apuzzo AND Tim Ferguson Plumbing, Air & Electric for your home service needs. We use their service club for a reasonable monthly rate that gave us a discount for the repairs we needed and these complimentary inspections offer peace of mind. Thank You!
