Our guest room carpet took the brunt of the damage to the tune of about an inch of standing water. Rapid Response was there within hours and completely eradicated the water issue. There are ABSOLUTELY ZERO signs that there was ever an issue. Consummate professionals! Our lives never had to skip a beat... (aside from replacing the washing machine)! Would recommend 100%.

A well-established big name local plumbing company spent 4 hours and was clueless, so they tried to sell us on a job that would never have fixed it. Rapid Response Restoration came to the rescue. Within 15 minutes, the brilliant team at Triple-R had the problem diagnosed accurately! They quickly stopped the water leak and investigated further. We had a BIG problem. A small kitchen water line had leaked and saturated beneath our kitchen tile and wood flooring over half of our home. A big problem requires a great team, and that's what we got in Triple-R. They were patient, active, responsive, and always within reach whenever we had questions or needed help. Friendly and accommodating, the crew at Triple-R even worked with our insurance company. They got the full repair done, they did it exactly the way we wanted it done, and it looks fantastic. I would recommend Rapid Response Restoration to anyone. This team definitely exceeded my expectations!
