The owner called us a few days early to see if he could do the install ahead of schedule per our request, but unfortunately we weren’t able to accommodate that day. We appreciated the effort, though! They came as scheduled, removed our old tank heater and built a frame on site to install a new tankless water heater, which has been a game changer! So far, so good and the price and timeliness were far better than any other quotes we received!
