  I work here and when I say they go out of there way to make sure the job is done and done right it's 100%the truth everyone I have met that works there is great it's a family and I'm happy to say I'm a employee of Calvin and suttle. Inc

  We had a very poor experience with a prior flooring company and called on Calvin and Suttle to help. We had a floor insalled very poorly, and after more then a month of back and forth the prior company refused to fix it as they said they could not do any better. Not only did Calvin & Suttle assure us they could do better...they did! They did prep work to help take out some of the uneven spots as well as take the annoying squeaking out of our sub floor. The sub contactors they used were very seasoned and did a great job. Calvin & Suttle then sent Billy out post instllation to come fix a few spots that we were not happy with that really tied it all together. Overall great experience!

  Calvin & Suttle, Inc. did an incredible job bringing a unique touch to our cookie-cutter home. They worked diligently to get the wood in the color and size we wanted - while maximizing our limited budget. They did the installation while we were on our honeymoon and it was the greatest gift to come home to. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product. Thank you!!

  I had a shower door installed in June of 2016. All was good except it was suppose to be a "custom" shower door but the part that swings open wasn't square with the stationary piece of glass. It was my fault that I didn't notice it earlier or they would have replaced it. Now on to my main complaint. A couple of weeks ago the stationary piece of glass shattered when no one was in the room. I thought maybe something had fallen off a shelf and hit it but everything was still on the shelves. So I started researching why glass would randomly shatter. Everything I have read the 2 main reasons tempered glass randomly shatters is 1: A defect in the glass when it was manufactured or 2: It was damaged during installation. I have contacted several glass companies, including Calvin and Suttle, for quotes. I thought since they were the ones that installed it and if they stood behind their products, they would work with me on the price of a new piece of glass. I'm not talking a huge discount but at least a small discount. I was WRONG. I let it slip when I was talking to them that I was getting quotes from other glass companies and their response......maybe you should just go with someone else!!! How can anyone that runs a business installing glass not stand behind the glass they install? If you want someone to install products they don't stand behind then, by all means have these people install them.
