We purchased specific brands and styles and were charged for them, but when we showed up unexpectedly during install we found them installing different, MUCH CHEAPER, versions of what we ordered. The sales person would not provide us with manufacturer information regardless of repeated requests. He would not give us a written itemization of what we ordered or the costs, and when we told him we would not pay the remainder of the balance until the purchased items were installed and we had an itemized receipt, he refused to do either and put a lien in our home.
