TolliverFeb 12, 20185.0I called in desperation after my 14 month old Coleman heat pump broke down and another company who installed it was giving me the run around about doing the warranty work on it, unfortunately I was too far out of mountain airs service area but Tim was so helpful and called Coleman for me and got the information I desperately needed. Don't Know of any other company who would go out of their way to help someone who was not their customer. Hard to find that kind of integrity today. I only wish I was closer to this company because I would definitely use them.
