- TRTom RogersDec 6, 20244.0We engaged Arrow Home Improvements for renovations to our master bathroom. We wanted to replace the old tub with an accessible, tile/glass shower, but it was also important to us to respect original architectural features and retain original tile flooring in our 85 year old house. Greg was extremely helpful with design suggestions. Our renovated bathroom is just as we imagined; we are delighted with the final product. Our only complaint is that communication and oversight by Arrow’s assigned project manager was non-existent throughout the project. Fortunately, we were always successful in depending upon Greg and Ray when we appealed to them for assistance with addressing minor oversights and/or getting the project back on track.

From beginning to end it was a positive experience despite delays caused by covid and supply chain issues. Greg Cusack was the designer, but his more important role was providing great communication and problem solving. He took a personal interest in us as customers and did his best to make sure we were well-informed and satisfied. The owner, Mike Carr consistently demonstrated his high standards and integrity. His employees were conscientious, reliable and easy to work with. The overall quality of their work was excellent. The only significant change i would make to this experience would be to not order kitchen cabinets from Builders First Source. Product quality,, communication, service were all significantly below my expectations. Arrow, however, did their absolute best to remedy the situation and handled the entire project with professionalism, high standards and great attention to detail. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.
