Even though our work has not started, Mike was very helpful and professional. He made a real effort to understand exactly what we wanted and presented us with a reasonable quote for exactly the bathroom that we wanted. Our project is scheduled and we look forward to working with them on this project. Update: based on our experience, we would not recommend Arrow Home Improvement. In our case, the job cost much more than we were quoted and expected, took much longer than we were promised to complete and work was mediocre at best. Sine they finished our bath remodel, with which we were completely dissatisfied, we’ve bought additional cabinets, replacement counter tops and hired a contractor to reconstruct much of the work just to complete a master bath with which we can live and look at daily. The only good thing we can say about Arrow Home Improvement, is that they do a good job on clean up.
