I purchased a new central heat and air system in October and it has not been working due to a bad control board. Now they want to sell me a surge protector to fix the problem. According to Will, the tecnician who finally showed up, it is a design flaw in the unit. I should not be responsible for paying to mitigate it. I realize CHC cannot be held responsible for bad components on a new system, but I should be able to expect prompt response and enough respect for my time to show up for appointments after they received nearly $10k for the installed product. If it were not for Ben Phelps willingness to help me, this would be a 1 star review. On a side note, their AI receptionist is not very helpful. Even if you leave a message, no one calls back.

I personally thought it was a little pricey, but not sure. They were on top of all my issues which I really appreciate. Take care of you and help out with whatever you have issues with.
