  Avoid this builder! He went 40% over on his estimated bid. We did not get half of what was promised in his contract. We had to downgrade several finishes due to his over run of our money. His lack of skilled workers was a big problem! His workers rode the clock ALOT and no supervision from him. He said 8-10 months to finish the build and it took 18 months to complete. We started hiring our own subs to get our house finished or it would have been even longer to complete. He stalls the project and drags it out to put money in his pocket. You will not be happy with this builder!

  Steve (owner) is very intelligent and knowledgeable of many areas besides contacting. If you want he will make it happen . Anything is possible!
