These guys are prompt, informative, competent and reliable. They recently installed new field lines to my 60 year old system. The owner kept me in the loop 100% of the time and came in below his estimate. Highly recommend this company.

We were having water pressure issues and the two guys they sent out went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Very professional and thorough. They took time to really solve the issue and ended up saving us thousands of dollars.

Alford plumbing is a step above the rest! From moving my septic lines, marking underground utilities, replacing my toilet, checking my gas stove top and replacing my outdoor faucet! They even took the old handle off my toilet we were replacing to fix a loose one in another bathroom, with out me having to ask!!!! Much appreciated Ryle. Thanks for having such a professional and courteous business Danny! Y’all have a customer for life!

We have called Alford Plumbing a total of 3 or 4 times within the last few years. Every time before this recent experience has been absolutely wonderful. Their work was great, and they charged a reasonable price. This week, they came out to replace the fill valve on two toilets and quoted me a much higher price than expected based on our history with them - $150ish for the first toilet and $45ish for the second toilet. They “build in” the trip fee into the first item I guess. In the past, the $50 trip fee went towards your bill whatever it was. It is almost like they “built in” a $100 trip fee into the price of the service now. They did a good job again like usual, but based on this price, I am sad to say this is probably the last time we will call them.
