- ASAnna SJan 25, 20225.0On 12/23/21 we noticed our toilet was leaking. Of course we called numerous plumbers and no one could come out on short notice right before the holiday. Alford said they would see what they could do but couldn't guarantee they could get out. They called a few hours later and told us that someone was on their way. They were quick and courteous, and I truly appreciate them fixing this right before they were due to be off for the holiday, they didn't have to work us in, we were a new customer and they didn't owe us anything, but they came and made the repair anyway. They have earned my business going forward. Could not recommend enough!
