- ARAnonymous ReviewerDec 18, 20254.0I really wish I could leave two separate reviews for A1. My heat went out and it was the coldest I have been since moving here. I asked some neighbors who they use because I’m new to the area and when a 2nd one said A1 obviously they are good. Office gets 2/3 Star- I called and got a woman on the phone who I could tell right away wasn’t listening to me at-all. It was like she put the phone down or something. After giving all my information and issues it was dead silent I said “hello” and then she says “what is your address?” (She in fact asked for almost all my information again) I was so confused but gave it again anyway and she said someone would be out at 1. 1 had passed- then 2- then 4 and still nothing. Another cold night no phone call. I called the next day as soon as they opened and got a different woman who said she didn’t see a file for my home but would be happy to help. I wanted to cry. I was never even put on a schedule!! She was very apologetic and said she would get someone to me as soon as possible. And she did. Tech gets a 5 star- It was less than an hour and their technician Josh arrived. Thankfully it was fixed so quickly and it wasn’t anything major he was very polite and professional. I will use them in the future because of the redemption and sincerity but the first interaction left me pretty frustrated.

- BHBen HesterDec 16, 20255.0Had an issue with my smart thermostat. They came out to fix it and evenbthoughbit didnt seem right the technician said it could take a while to heat up. Thermostat seemed to work the next day so I thought it was fine. A month later the heat went out again. Called them back up and they said the electric wasn't fix exactly right and didnt charge me twice. Giving full stars because if a company can own it when a job isn't exactly right, they have my trust. It's easy when everything is perfect the first try but when they want to help when it's not, that makes all the difference.
