I only had one other tech who went beyond and cleaned the coils on the spring maintenance. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years. Now I would hope in the future that the techs give the service Austin did and not complete the job in less than thirty minutes which I am use to with your service!!

They have serviced everything since. That house is now a rental property, and Malone also services the townhouse where I now live. Today, One of their technicians, Jeff, inspected the duct system of the original rental house, using a flexible scope to check deep into multiple vents on each level and also thoroughly inspected the air handler. He was efficient, professional, and patiently answered all of my annoying questions. I recommend Malone without reservation.
