  Called the guys at Access Garage Doors of Chattanooga, once to help one of my employees with a door not opening. The other time for myself with a broken lift assist spring broke. They are so well trained and professional, you get contacted back quickly, cintacted on an estimated arrival time, explained what happened, what the options are to correct and pricing, payments are all handled on site with secure payment means. Yoh will not go wrong letting them correct issues or sign up on their preventative plan, their motto is 'what we do' is not a catchy slogan it is their philosophy they have trained by and are the best at their craft. Contact them and tell them your issues, see for yourself.

  I had a warranty issue after 5 years. Access worked with the manufacture, did the right thing and took care of the issue. Good company that stands behind their work and their word.
