Since that review, Tim, the owner, replied to the comment and pro-actively called me to discuss the situation. What's done is done, sometimes things are missed and people make mistakes, but how a company handles mistakes and accountability is sometimes more important than the mistake itself; and Tim handled the criticism with genuine care & humility. I'll admit, I could have called and started the discussion before leaving a review but I was frustrated. For not calling first, I apologize. What was a one star experience turned into five after a conversation thanks to Tim reaching out.
