  They knocked on my door repeatedly and rang my doorbell. They woke me up from my nap. I told them so. They proceeded to ask me a lot of personal questions and attempted to talk me into a free estimate. I attempted to be polite and humor them. Then they explained that they have to call their office to set an appointment. The appointment must be when me and my wife are both available . The lady on the phone at their office asked me a lot of personal questions and it turned out I was not eligible for their services. I think I will answer the door with a gun next time.

  I’m so excited about our new bathtub! It looks amazing, and is a significant improvement from our previous tub. Mad City is very professional and transparent with their contracts. Their lifetime warranty is what sold me on the product, but the fact that they offer financing is what sealed the deal. Mike did our bathtub installation, and he was well mannered, friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job!

  I am so pleased with Madcity Windows and Doors in Sioux Falls,SD! The whole experience was fabulous! The representative came and described verbally and then demonstrated the quality of the windows. I had three windows installed in my living room and immediately could feel the window were not letting in the heat from the afternoon sun this summer. The installation was professionally done by competent, pleasant individuals. After some thought I asked Rebecca to come back as I was interested in the opposite side which got the morning sun on my main level. After discussing those options I talked about eventually getting six windows installed my tiny second level where we had to have two window air conditioners running full blast for 5-6 months of the year. She advised that windows there, instead of on the main floor, would dramatically reduce the heat. I decided to replace those windows. She was absolutely correct! Again, the installation crew worked very efficiently and left the areas spotless. I no longer need the air conditioners and central air can keep that area very comfortable!
