  Ran into a rep at Sam's Club and got set up to have someone come out and give a quote on sliding door. Our first scheduled appointment they canceled and didn't have anyone available to come give us the quote. They then harassed me by calling multiple times in a day for a week. Often back to back phone calls when I didn't answer. Never left a message, just spammed called. One day they called me 3 times within a 10 minute span. When I did answer, they refused to schedule an appointment to come out unless both me and my fiancé were home, as "both home owners" need to be present. Even though my house is only in my name... I told them this countless times. We finally got an appointment rescheduled for when both of us would be home, and once again I was constantly spam called by them again. When it came time for my scheduled appointment, they call an hour before and cancel it as they were unable to make it. This company is highly unprofessional and seem driven not to please their customers but to make a quota. They have no customer service skills and seem driven to either make a commission or put customers in uncomfortable high pressure situations to make their sale. I can't see any other reason that both me and my fiancé would need to be there, besides for them wanting to pressure both of us to make a decision right then and there. "Oh but our quote are good for a year!" ... yeah right, I see your tactics. You'd probably harass me by calling me multiple times a day until you got your yes, this was the tactic you used to set up the appointment, I could only imagine it would be 10 times worse afterwards. There should be ABSOLUTELY NO REASON as to why both of us need to be home during the quote. The only reason they want this is so they can put their customers in that uncomfortable high pressure situation. When the rep first told me that we both were REQUIRED to be home, it raised a red flag for me. I should have stuck with my gut feeling and not have tried to do business with them as they are not truly about customer service, but making their sale. If you try to do business with them, I wish you the best of luck, and hope they don't put you in the uncomfortable push marketing situation, and shady tactics to reach them. Good riddance!

  Mad City installed shower/bath tub combo took a day & a half. Amazing work, friendly people and easy process all the way through
