This team is really handy and literally 'does it all'! They were in and out within a day, easy to get in contact, and really seemed to care about our satisfaction.
- CBChris BuckleyNov 12, 20251.0For the most part, they did a great job. We knew the pricing was higher than most, but at the time, we didn’t want to do the work ourselves. When I came home after the job was done, I immediately saw that the shower curtain rod was too high. Water would splash out of the shower under the curtain. They tried to give me longer curtain hooks, but that didn’t work. After giving it careful consideration, I decided that I wanted the shower rod moved to the proper height. I was told that moving the rod would void the warranty and I signed off on the height so it’s my problem now. I signed off on the height from the floor, but they measured from the top of the shower basin. If I want to use the shower it’s going to ruin the rest of my bathroom over time. They won’t warranty that. During the install, they asked my wife several questions about what height to place items in the shower. If they used the measurements that I signed off on, why would they need to keep asking us for dimensions?
