- TRTorri Rank5 days ago5.0Working with Pat from Core Engineering was a great experience. We hired Pat to test the soil and help us plan the foundation for our new house. Pat is very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about getting everything right. The lot we had purchased had a lot of water, and at first we were worried about how to make it work. This led us to hiring Pat, which was the best decision we could’ve made. With his expertise, he helped us figure out a solid plan to make the house work. Throughout the whole process, he was extremely helpful and his communication was excellent. He’s always easy to reach and always willing to help with any questions. Even after his part of the job was finished, he continued to offer us advice and support, which we really appreciated. Building a house is stressful, but Pat helped to make it so much easier. We’re really grateful for all of his hard work and would absolutely recommend Pat and Core Engineering to anyone.
