She said let me see what I can do and I'll call you back. Not even 5 minutes later she called. And said not only is someone coming to help, it's the owner. He showed up about 7:30 pouring rain outside. This man fixed the problem. He was so kind, understanding and up front. Definitely Ace is now my homes new plumber.
