  First of all, we had a gas leak in our fire logs. We called Piedmont Gas to come out and see if they could fix. We had called several companies to see if we could just buy new ones, but all of their install dates were in January. We needed done before Christmas, because of relatives coming in from Alaska. Piedmont Gas could not fix, but recommended Ace. I asked wonder how long for them to come out. This was Monday December 1 and we were running out of time. Piedmont Gas thought they could probably come out that same week. This was pretty good, but did not expect what actually happened. We called as soon as Piedmont Gas left. Ace came out that same day within 4 hours. We were really happy. Gabriel was our technician and he was terrific. He checked for leaks and ran all kinds of diagnostics. It was determined that we had some defective components. He gave us a quote and told us, that once we approved, they could order and get installed in several days. This was aligned with our needed time frame. They called us in a few days and told us they could install on Tuesday December 9 the next week. We agreed. So far, they had been impressive with their quick turnaround. What we were about to see was their dedication and determination. Gabriel arrived in the time frame they told us around 1:00 pm. He installed the new logs explaining about the logs. He checked for leaks in and outside of the fireplace. Everything looked good. He told me to try the remote. It did not work. Oops! Now comes the determination. He talked to multiple people in his company and also people from the company that they had purchased from. He tried different things for probably 2 hours and made about 20 phone calls. The company that sold them, told him he would have to bring them to the store so they could troubleshoot the problem. The store was about 30 minutes away. So, I am thinking he will have to come back the next day. It was about 3:15 and getting late in the day. He called his boss and they decided that he was going to stay as long as needed to get this installation complete today. So, he had to completely deinstall and disconnect the logs and headed out to the store. He was back within the hour and had the problem resolved. We absolutely loved the logs look and the flame and now the remote. So, if you want quick turnaround and dedication, this company is the one for you. And they do Plumbing, Heating and Electrical, a one stop shop. We plan on using again for other jobs. Gabriel gets a 10, but only because there is no 11.

  Jonivan and Noah Did great work. Heat went out for two days and they were able to look at it and got my furnace replaced same day as well!! Great job!!!
