I suspected it was a drain pan leak but was told by foreman that water seeping out was normal?? Pushed warranty to investigate. Found no leak. Fast forward 5 months. Had plastic shower insert removed and replaced with tile to find standing water along with food wrappers and chicken bones under the shower drain pan. Drywall seams noticeable throughout both walls and ceilings. Poor HVAC insulation with air escaping that I am having repaired myself. I could list several more issues. Job sites are littered garbage is everywhere. Workers are not supervised and drink beer all day and litter food trash. Third World. The community pool has outsiders swimming all day everyday and are not part of the HOA. Finally, many fake reviews. Do your research. Only positive is that the gentleman from warranty was extremely friendly and was responsive.
