- MMMonique McCoyMay 9, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would. They make it appear as if they can get you in; however, you must finance through their loan officer. You won’t hear from them and they ignore your realtor when they reach out which causes problems. They have no follow up or follow through as they leave you in limbo wondering your next steps. Oh, if the loan officer they selected isn’t able to finance you, even though initially you were approved, you can’t go to an outside loan officer. They don’t tell you that until you’ve done all of this extra stuff and paid money you shouldn’t have. I was approved and ready to go with an outside loan officer and at the last minute, they say that I need to apply with a different lender of theirs or they wont pay the closing cost, which is what they had agreed to from the start. A lot of run around and unprofessionalism. Trust your gut. This builder is not worth it. I paid for an inspection and they had wires exposed that would certainly cause a fire. Don’t be surprised if one burns down.
