Today GBS Building Supply operates 7 locations across the Carolinas supplying windows, doors, stone, roofing, siding, millwork, lock hardware, columns, trim, mouldings, cabinetry, countertops, decking & railing, gypsum, lumber & plywood, insulation, and other building materials. In addition, GBS Building Supply operates a custom molding & millwork center and offers kitchen design services and floor system design.

- WWwar weinNov 17, 20255.0Outstanding establishment, I had purchased lumber about six years ago from this place to do a pool deck project, the service in the products that were delivered outstanding. I’d sort of forgotten about this place because they’re only open during the week, I worked during the week I was quickly reminded that this place was in existence when I went to a big box store to purchase some lumber they had 72 pieces in , I went through every last one and could not find a good one. At GBS lumber that I went to today I could not find a bad piece of lumber. This place is outstanding. I just wish they were open on the weekends.

Sales associate did not call when product arrived as promised, acted inappropriately when I "Entered the store" looking for my order that I had previously paid for! I will almost certainly go out of my way to avoid the place for future endeavors! Update......after inspection of the goods ordered it turns out that it was exactly the opposite of what I specifically said I wanted!!! Should have just drove to Lowe's and avoided the Six Mile GBS altogether 😡
