  Poor service, poor quality home. I'm not going through the hassle to post photos of the multitude of issues because SM will not care. Please look elsewhere. Don't make the mistake I did.

  We’ve now been in our home for just over a year, and recently completed our one year warranty “punch.” Just wanted to say our experience was great and we can’t thank Matt and Tony enough for all their help. They always went above and beyond!

  No resolution to warranty items from 5 months ago. They only respond if you are incredibly persistent. So keep in mind you will spend a lot of time chasing after these guys. I question the positive reviews. Unless I just got the lemon. Update: Stanley Martin asked me to reach out at the address below. This was 6 days ago, no reply as of today, but they make sure to reply to positive reviews. Update 6/5: still no response from Stanley Martin. Update 6/11: still no response from Stanley Martin. Update 6/16: still no response from Stanley Martin. I added photos of my tubs where it appears that they may have been used in lieu of a toilet. So far, I have not been able to remove them. Update 6/26: still no response from Stanley Martin. You do have this written on your site: “At Stanley Martin, Your Life is Our Blueprint ®, which is why we focus entirely on you, on how you live your life every day. Operating with the utmost dedication, integrity, respect, excellence, and honesty, we work hard to provide you with an outstanding home building experience.” Where is the dedication, integrity, respect, excellence, and honesty? You directly asked me to contact you (only for show) and then do not reply when I reach out. Such a scam. Update 7/28- Crickets Update 8/20- No reply Currently waiting for repair team to arrive. They were supposed to be here last week, rescheduled to 9am yesterday and did not show. No call. I am adding photos of recent "repairs" where they came in to fix something and are now having to come back and A- do better, or B- fix something else that was damaged during the last repair. On 7/30- the HVAC/drip pan/duct installation leaked, ran over the drip pan and came through the vent in my laundry room. The water damage is still there despite multiple requests for repair. There is also a leak at the primary bath shower door. I reported this 7/22, still no repair. There were rust stains/spots in all four tubs/showers. The "repair" company came out and used a cleaner and scrubbed so hard that it took the finish off the tub. I asked specifically if this would happen and they said no. It did. I'm also attaching new photos of issues we've encountered since my last update. I really would like potential buyers to know what they are getting into. Several months in, 5-6 “fixes” by their team and I still don’t have an operational primary shower.
