Once the problem was identified, he prepared a written estimate and we approved the work. He immediately began repairing our issue, again explaining in detail the problem and the necessary repair process. He answered every question and we also discussed his prior experience and other details about his business. Everything he had to say was upfront and accompanied by his expressed desire to "Do the right thing", not upsell us work of questionable value. I must say I was mightily impressed. He even went the extra mile, and located a second septic system that we were not aware of. It was something that will be helpful in the future. The phrase "ABOVE AND BEYOND" certainly applies here. DO NOT HESITATE TO USE SEWER DADDY!!

Alvin at Sewer Daddy is the man for the job! Where folks these days have a tendency to put the blame on whoever was the last to touch something, Alvin provided a different perspective. He took the time to explain and show me exactly where the last folks went wrong installing my plumbing but what really mattered to me was that he said he didn't care who installed it or who messed it up but HE wasn't leaving until it was fixed, and fixed correctly! He did exactly that and we haven't had an issue since. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

I was getting so many quotes that were over my budget since I'm on a limited budget being on disability but I've gone without a proper working sink for a bit. Not only did Austin reach out to me but he offered to do it for free. When speaking to the owner's wife she told me that they tried to assist people that are elderly disabled or veterans because they know our income is limited! Austin service was incredible and I thank you very much for everything that he and Sewer Daddy have done for me. Thank you Sewer Daddy I will definitely keep you guys in mind if I have any other issues with plumbing at my house. I feel blessed for the services I received from Austin and Sewer Daddy! I can't thank Austin and Sewer Daddy enough!
