  Got the floor installed easily, no problems with anything. It’s absolutely beautiful and feels great to walk on, both my pets love it and I love that it doesn’t collect pet hair 😀

  Curt was very helpful and proceeded with the installment follow up in a timely manner. We are very happy with the carpet and finally, the installation outcome. We look forward in doing more home projects in the future with Outlook.

  The installers showed up on time, quickly removed the old carpet and made sure the floor was cleared of all the old staples, installed new padding and carpet and cleaned up everything when they finished, would recommend to friends.

  **EDITED TO ADDRESS OWNER COMMENTS** Attached in photos are report details which indicate the results of the independent assessment of our floor (completed in 2024) which fault the product and the install. Owner is not being truthful in their response. So much for priding themselves on doing what is right for the customer. PLEASE NOTE HIGHLIGHTED TEXT IN REPORT PHOTO. This floor failed in 4 years (that is when we contacted Outlook Flooring, the floor was put in a brand new home in 2020) not 5 years as stated below. We are not satisfied with paying $12k to replace a 4 year old floor, in a brand new home. ******************* I would NEVER do business with Outlook Flooring again. We purchased a home from Homes by Christopher in 2020 which had Luxury Vinyl Plank in it that was purchased from and installed by Outlook Flooring. In less than 2 years, the individual pieces began to shrink (photos attached). We thought at first it might just be a defective board or two and we could just repair it. Within the next year, the same thing happened all over the house. Since Outlook Flooring was the contractor, we reached out to them. At first they were helpful, sent someone over to look at the issue and contacted the flooring manufacturer. The manufacturing of the flooring sent an independent contractor to our house to look at the defective flooring. This person was extremely thorough and spent ~4 hours measuring, looking at the structure of our home and took several of the left over pieces of flooring with him for further testing. About 6 weeks later we received the final report from the independent contractor had 2 conclusions: 1) the flooring was defective and 2) the problem was further exacerbated by the fact that the flooring was installed on an “out-of-flat” surface which is an installation error. Outlook Flooring contacted the manufacturer and they have agreed to replace all of the product free of charge under warranty; however, Outlook Flooring gave us a quote for $12,000 for the labor to replace the floor. This is unacceptable for a floor that is less than 5 years old that should last 20+ years. We should be made whole, by Outlook Flooring or the flooring manufacturer. If Outlook Flooring did not agree with the assessment that they were at fault for part of the flooring failure, they should have pushed harder on the manufacturer to pay for the install of the replacement. At this point the floor looks like the pictures attached all over the 2,400 square foot home. I would NEVER do business with them since this is how they treat customers after a failed install. I do not recommend as they clearly do not stand behind their services. Extremely disappointing.
