  I had an excellent experience with Blanton and Sons from start to finish. When I called in, Jessica was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating with my busy schedule. She made booking an appointment quick and stress-free. When Jacob arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain what was going on with my system and worked meticulously to get everything back up and running. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the quality of his work. Overall, fantastic service. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others!

  Brian surpassed any expectations I had right from the start. He was very personable and thorough and did a great job all around. He took his time and I could tell it was important to him to make sure both our HVAC systems were serviced to a higher standard than any we had received in the past. And he wanted us to know that is what Blanton wants as well and is all about. Many thanks from us!

  Great customer service, very dishonest business. Our furnace had some safety issues from the previous homeowner that we needed checked out. Blanton and Sons came out and did a full assessment and said we would need a new furnace, coil box, A/C unit. B&S sales rep quoted us $10,000-$12,000 for the work, saying it was ALL necessary, then quickly went into their financing options. They are not in the business of providing honest work, they are in sales, and their sales rep (who I will leave nameless) tried his very best to convince me that is was absolutely necessary to replace everything. He used the phaseout of R-410A as an excuse to blatantly lie to me saying we needed a new A/C unit as it would be “illegal” for them to use the Freon that was phased out earlier this year, as if R-22 wasn’t phased out four years previous (making it more expensive to get, yes. But illegal? No.) They use scare tactics to sell, which is simply dishonorable. I told the sales rep I might get a second opinion and he immediately stated he could take 5% off the total if we go ahead with them for that following Monday. I declined. I’m so glad I trusted my gut and got another company out to take a look. The other company was able to safely repair the current furnace for the time being and quoted me $10k LESS than B&S for a full furnace replacement, all while actually educating me on what was going on vs. giving me false information. I will never recommend Blanton and Sons. It’s unfortunate because they are so friendly and accesible, but they are the epitome of flashy trucks and witty sales teams to cover shady business moral. *EDIT UPDATE* The owner’s response prompted me to edit. You, the owner, can try to dismiss my honest review by saying you were acting in my best interest, but you were not. The contractor I had repair the furnace did also recommend it should be replaced quickly (although he was able to safely repair it), and quoted me about $2700 for a full replacement. That’s still $8,000-10,000 less than what you guys did because your guys insisted our A/C needed to be replaced too. Alex told me our back A/C unit was from 2010. I called the manufacturer, it is from 2021, not 2010. When Alex called me and I told him we were going forward with someone else, he knew and immediately said “Are they just going to replace the furnace?” Don’t act like you were acting in my best interest, you were just trying to upsell a customer.

  Will Jackson and Jacob Nettles from Blanton & Sons just finished installing a new heating and ac system at my home. They were prompt, diligent, efficient, and took the time to explain everything to me. They even came back after completing the project to make sure everything was working properly. In addition to demonstrating exceptional competence at their craft, Will and Jacob were extremely polite and friendly. They showed great respect for my property and cleaned up the work area very well. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

  Would give zero. I called because we had our kitchen updated and no water is going to the dishwasher. I just needed somebody to look under the sink at the pipes to see if something might not be turned on. I’m not a plumber so I don’t know how to troubleshoot that. I made the appointment and next day I get a cancellation text saying they don’t work on dishwashers. I never said my dishwasher was broke. I think a phone call would have been appropriate for clarification, not a cancellation text. Poor customer service. Photo of text attached with my response.
