Was told there were staffing issues. If it weren’t for the homeowner paying, I would’ve been forced to lien the house. Now, I received a request to send the invoice that I sent previously and discussed many times via email and phone calls. As if the past month never happened…. At this point, I really don’t know what else to do.

Super honest crews, crazy respectful, and up front with pricing options on repairs. Edit : 23 Dec 25. Had Shawn Haltiwanger out to my house to diagnose a sewer gas leak. Very efficient, minimal damage for diagnosis, and helped me find damage I (myself) had done to a pipe during previous home improvement projects. 5 out 5 stars, would welcome him back over any time.
- MDMorgan DandridgeDec 6, 20255.0Great experience. Alex was awesome to deal with from our inital consultation explaining the different air conditioner/furnace options to pricing differences. Alex completely redesigning our thirty five year old ductwork system based on software results that analyzed everything from the age of the house to types of windows etc etc. It needed it. Will and Jacob the install crew and the entire ductwork crew were timely and very professional. The install looks great and runs great. Im very particular so I was happy to see even though the ductwork system is in the attic and wont be seen that the workmanahip is top notch. Hardwood Floors were covered and communication was great throughout every step of the process. Im not giving five stars because they didn't have any hiccups during the process but because of the way it was handled. No worries on our part and they got it taken care of. Office staff was great. They handled all the Rebate and Warranty paperwork etc. Overall out of the eleven companies we contacted and nine we received quotes from we are happy with our decision to use Blanton and Sons. Their pricing while not the cheapest and not the most expensive was the most comprehensive and did not change during the job. I would recommend Blanton and Sons if your looking for good quality products and workmanship. They do send an inhouse quality inspector a few days after the install is complete to give everything one final inspection and to address any potential issues. Hard to find any companies that do that now days. Hope this review was helpful.
