- AYAaron YoumansApr 16, 20251.0They hit the side of my house breaking a brick column. It was a large amount of damage and about 50 bricks were laying on the ground from hitting it. They refused to take any accountability and will not pay for the repairs. They said their truck driver didn't hit the column, but he was cleaning up the brick, throwing it in the dumpster. Very dishonest company!

They basically come about 50% of the time and about 50% of that time it’s not on my scheduled date - it’s when I call them because they didn’t come on my scheduled day. I have had 3 different Porta potty services in the past and I have NEVER had anything this bad. Then to top it off, when I called last week and was on hold, they had an ad on about research that says you should clean more than weekly, ask them about multiple cleanings per week. They can’t even show up for the weekly I’m already paying for. AWFUL!

I had to call last month about the same thing and after two days they finally sent someone to clean it. I called yesterday and they told me that someone would be out by the end of the day or first thing in the morning to clean them it’s almost 2:30 in the afternoon and no one has been out to clean them yet. This company should be ashamed of themselves
