  Shavon and everyone that worked with, and for her, were incredibly in tune with everything. They listen to what we would like, and they went past our expectations. Pray to God, I never have to go through this, or anyone else that I know have to go through this, but if they did have a problem, I would definitely suggest Shavon and her staff

  ERS is a very professional group of people. They handle all my items with care. They worked with me if I needed a particular item back early they would accommodate me. When I was ready for all my items to come back they deliver everything in a timely manner. We had some items that didn’t work when they were returned, ERS didn’t hesitate to come and check them out. I would recommend ERS to my family and friends. I

  ERS was charged to take care of our electronics after a lighting strike to our house caused a significant fire and related smoke and water damage. Our electronics came back from ERS in working order and their service was very professional and FRIENDLY. Mike and his crew went above and beyond to make sure our stuff was properly taken care of. They also installed a 55" TV on the wall for us, eliminating that task for us. Hope you never need to use their service because of a fire, but they are the ones to call if you have that misfortune. When the time comes to service any of our electronics for routine maintenance, we will call ERS.
