- BWBarbara WALLACEDec 19, 20252.0The prices are astronomical. I called them because I was referred to them. Well, make sure you have your pot from the end of the rainbow when they are done. To add insult to injury, this was a single mom, working two jobs. Requested after receiving the quote, if we bought the part what they would charge to install, not holding them responsible for the warranty on the part. I was told the cost with the part is $1057. And the install without the part was $1057. Now that was just nasty. I could see if we dont install parts bought by customers. That is polite way of handling it. So needless to say I called and left a message foe the owner the price was out of the normal for a motor to be installed. She had the audacity to send me an invoice for the full amount. Anyway I reached out to a mom and pop licensed and in. LADSON. They offered us the part for $415.or the universal part for $105. Being single mom, the universal matched her budget. So when he was through installing the final cost was under $400. Sure beats $1057. Single mom is Happy and warm. BTW the service guy was a nice polite guy. He said I just quote from their program So their greed and lack of empathy got the 0, and a bad review. Reach out of you want Ladson SC number.
