My husband is kinda handy when it comes to that kinda stuff, so he worked for over an hour on 1-5-26 and most of the morning today, and finally had to call an EXPERT. I called Preferred Home Services at 9:45 and they came out, and fixed the issue! Nick was very friendly and personable. He put on booties over his shoes and wheel covers over the machine. Would definitely recommend! Thanks, Preferred Home Services! One happy customer!

What really stood out was how friendly, professional, and respectful he was throughout the entire visit. On top of that, he went above and beyond by advising me on a sewage odor coming from the city line in my front yard, explaining what was likely causing it and what steps to take next. He initially gave me the charges on paper and explained them. I paid by credit card Did not get a receipt. I’m assuming I will get a receipt by mail email, also assuming the receipt will note the two year warranty. Tony was great.
