Got another estimate for and the other company said a HVAC repair person would know exactly where the leak was and would only take minutes. The second company also gave me an estimate of $600 to replace the drip pan. Preferred Home Services is charging way more than needed and taking advantage of people. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
