She brought several samples and helped us choose wisely. Soon after we were booked for an installation date. They showed up on time as promised. The attention to detail is remarkable. The way the installed diagonal flooring meets the diagonal in the existing flooring is above and beyond. It is seamless and nobody would know the two jobs had been done years apart. The installation man was very particular and exacting in his standards as you would want for a job being done on your property. He even decided to change the thresholds to create a better look. We were out of state so they sent us pictures each step of the way. Some of the sawdust fell onto a neighbor’s deck and they sent a clean up crew to appease him. I cannot recommend them more highly. Superior work with an excellent outcome!

Traci was wonderful to work with and, with little pressure, she helped me pick out a patterned runner perfect for my space. From the template process to the carpet order, binding and install, all went smoothly working with Traci and her team. I am very happy with how it turned out and will use them again for future flooring projects. I highly recommend them if you are in need of the same.
