When the technician was done and I handed him the check, he asked me if the office had contacted me that morning. I said no. He told me the bill was $1500.00 dollars and I said no, the quote was for $600.00. My complaint is I was quoted $600.00 and after the work was completed it was $1500.00. No one contacted me before the work was completed, however, they knew the quote was wrong. Not Cool.

On arrival he introduced himself and he was a match to the picture 1st Choice forwarded to advise he was on the way. Connections were made to water heater and the flush started. I am glad I got a technician to perform this task, as I was uncertain about the gas supply to do the work. But Russell handled the job flawlessly. Some deposits were washed out but no rust. Yea!!! Then Russell filled the tank back up, requested I open a faucet I the house to release any air that could have been trapped in the lines. Some air but nothing major. Gas was restored and the restored to the condition it was found. I thanked Russell and advised I would call next time and request Russell. I definitely would recommend 1st Choice Quality HVAC and Plumbing to friends and neighbors.

He seemed very knowledgeable and listened to the things I was trying to accomplish and would highly recommend using First Choice quality HVAC if you need some quality work.

He not only did a great job installing our new Rinnai unit, he took the time to explain the process for changing the temperature settings. Furthermore, he’s looking in to a question I had 2 day later. That’s the kind of service that will keep me coming back to 1st Choice.
