We agreed on Monday and I was told they would give me a call one hour before hand. Waited all day and made sure I could get out of work. Go figure no phone call. If they had called and said that they couldn't make it I would have been ok with that but zero phone call is highly unprofessional. If I cant trust you to call me I cant trust you to do the work.
