Christian gave us a window quote with no pressure, and was very patient answering all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and extremely courteous with my numerous follow up calls. Of the four companies we contacted for a quote, he was the only one who followed up with me. His customer service influenced my decision.

Window World’s service was stellar! Brad and Frank’s expertise helped us select the perfect door - which came in early! They also arranged a professional installation crew and went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our project was perfectly executed! I highly recommend them!!

Went with this company since it was located right around the corner and is national to get the siding replaced. Dealing with them was a chore for most of the job, had to pry info out of them to get an idea on the install schedule and other details.
Once they finally got started it went OK , apart from the 2 1/2 days of banging on the house, the dumpster in my driveway on the first day that had to be moved out of the way so I could leave the house, and checking for stray nails. If there were small kids or pets in the house the noise would have been a large problem.
Had to complain to get the crew to get their ladders and scaffolding cleared out after the work was done, and it took another month to get the last of the small jobs finished once the main work was completed.
Sustained some small damage to one of the pieces after the job was done. According to WW, the solution was to buy another box of siding since there was no material leftover from the work and no way to repair the divot.
Found a repair kit (plus a little paint) on line for $11 that will do the job.
The main issue here is communication, it got better at the end but up until then it was a problem. I'm not expecting any after purchase support if the repair issue is any indication.
Time will tell if the workmanship is any good, the siding is supposed to be good for a lot of wind "if properly installed", but paraphrasing the salesman, if anything flies off during the next hurricane, call the insurance company, not us. The level of customer service is poor, which unfortunately is fairly common these days.
I will do no further business with this group.

Terrible install, nail pops all over (even on right angled corners) installation screws not properly counter sinked (sp). Not one packing label, tape or bit of goo removed nor were windows cleaned. The screw covers were not put in place on the trim and were left for me the homeowner to do. Made a call about the poor installation and it was clear the young lady, Ashley, had been trained to deal with unhappy customers, she basically told me I did not know what I was talking about. She also apparently lied and said the packing labels etc had to remain on the door until we arranged an inspection as all the jobs are permitted. No inspection ever occurred, hoping the job was actually permitted. I wound up having to remove all the items left attached to the door, then scrap and clean the windows and sidelights myself. there were red stains that appeared to be blood on the door and wall, the adjacent walls were marked up and had to be repainted and the tore out the old door trim (cutting base board out) and replaced it with 6 x 1 seemingly unfinished pine boards. They also installed 2 interior windows, one looked like someone was practicing how to caulk with it and the other they actually caulked over 2 window shade brackets that should have been removed. We paid a hefty amount for the window and door installation and were blown off by the customer service department. We had a disappointing experience on a previous project but unfortunately tried to give them second chance.

Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.
Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?
All windows and patio doors we sell come with a manufacturer’s lifetime limited warranty and a repair labor guarantee, good for as long as you own your home! Contact us or see our warranties page for more details.
What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
What do I do if there is a problem with the windows?
Most of the issues encountered by our customers are easily corrected and don't necessarily mean that there is a problem with your window. You are always welcome to contact us for help.
