They are kind of expensive, Though. $400 just to reset and replace parts to a garbage disposal seems a bit much but the leak got fixed. Daniel was very respectful and cordial and I know that I can call them back if the issue occurs again. They stand behind their work.

I finally called at 6:30 to see if we needed to reschedule if the tech was running behind, only to be told they had been trying to reach me since noon. No missed calls, no voice mails, no text messages….just me sitting here, frustrated to the max. She offered to reschedule me for tomorrow…. um, no thanks.

He reviewed my situation on 2 toilets, gave me a detailed explanation and an estimate with 4 options. He then went to work and completed the work in about an hour. It was expertly executed. Andrew was so very professional and did an amazing job. I was so impressed with the way he handled the job. I would definitely call Meetze again.

We accidentally flushed a washcloth while cleaning the toilet bowl. After assessing the issue, they provided a picture and resolved the problem in a very timely manner. I'd recommend these guys because they get the job done, and I had peace of mind that they did exactly what was needed and no more than what was discussed.
