I cannot say enough good things about Cassell Brothers Home Services.
From the moment Josh arrived, it was clear I was dealing with a company that takes pride in doing things right. Josh was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to really assess the pipe issue, thought through multiple solutions, and focused on finding the best and most realistic approach, not just the fastest fix. His problem-solving skills were impressive, and his professionalism was top-tier.
Beyond that, he was incredibly understanding of my circumstances, genuinely courteous, respectful, and very personable. He treated me like a human being, not just another service call, and that matters more than people realize.
What truly sets Cassell Brothers apart is that they went above and beyond their scope of work. They didn’t have to do this at all, but they even helped connect me with someone who could address the structural damage in the home — something that isn’t their responsibility, yet they cared enough to help anyway. That level of integrity and customer care is rare.
This company clearly hires amazing people, and it shows. If you want knowledgeable professionals who care, communicate, and actually look out for you, Cassell Brothers Home Services is the company to call. I recommend them without hesitation.

1ST- I did not receive a message or call to confirm the time the technician was coming. He just showed up.
2ND- Technician came unprepared to install a range outlet. He had to leave to get an outlet.
3RD- Technician misinformed me concerning the wiring and plug required for me stove. I almost paid to have my 3 wired setup replaced with a 4 wire bc the Technician told me all stoves were now setup for 4 prong/4 wire setup. Luckily I called my daughter who works at a Home Depot and her co-worker who is an appliance specialist informed me that my new stove didn't need the 4 prong/4 wired system. This misinformation is unacceptable bc I am retired military on a fixed budget. I don't appreciate anyone trying to making me pay for something I don't need.
4th- The technician couldn't take my payment and didn't have a business card to give me on where to call to pay. I had to find a pen and paper. I find that unprofessional.
5Th- They advertise as a family owned business however when I called to schedule the appt I talked to an outsource service. Also when the technician showed up at my house he called to let me know he was outside and the phone ID came up as Essential Services, so not as family owned and operated as I thought.
Only positive was the young lady who took my payment over the phone.

Horrible experience water heater didn’t hit the water. I called it at 6:30. A manager told me he was going to technician brought it back out. No one ever showed up at night here. It is 9 o’clock in the morning. I still have no hot water and no technician at my door can’t get in touch with anybody after hours. The company is too big And not Managed properly and they should do a follow up call after they do it installation to make sure that everything

Charged $500+ to test for a natural gas leak to the stovetop. The technician tightened a nut then supposedly retested everything. He left and we still had a strong gas smell a few hours later. Technician refused to come back. Had to escalate to management. Several days later the technician finally returned and sure enough there was a leak. Wanted to charge $929 to change shutoff valve or repair line plus another $989 to perform a gas pressure check for a grand total of $1,918 plus the initial $500+. I used another plumber that charged $450 to repair the leak. I will never use Cassel Bros. for any service. They are way overpriced, look for excuses not to assure the customer is satisfied and don’t have technicians that are well trained.

UPDATED REVIEW:
I have changed my rating to three stars. We finally got our mini-split install on 12/26 and the installers could not have been better! They were on time, courteous, professional, and efficient. David Johnson and Fabian Rondon - you guys get 5 stars!!!
The overall rating is only a three because it took my initial review to, days later, get a call from our sales person. You knew we were having issues and it didn’t occur to you to give us a call until I complained in a public forum???? Customer service still gets 1 star. The amazing installers are the only reason y’all get three stars.
As they say, “ If I could give zero stars, I would”. A week ago we had their Comfort Advisor, Doug Rozelman, come out to give us an estimate on replacing the heating unit in our room above the garage. He understood the tight timeframe that we were under with family coming in this week. He assured us that this unit was in stock and they had time on the books and could fit us in today (12/20/25). On Thursday, we confirmed with him that everything was still a-go for today, and he, once again, assured us that it was. Today we had a no call, no-show from the installers and when trying to get answers from Doug or the office kept getting the runaround. We understand that things come up. We understand parts go out of stock. What we don’t understand is that grown adults can’t pick up a phone and say these things. We are now no longer inclined to do future business with Cassell Brothers because they couldn’t bother to have the decency to communicate these issues with us. Their silence didn’t keep a customer, it drove one away.
UPDATE (12/22/25) No call this morning. We had to call them and had to talk with their installation scheduler and not the technician. At least they are keeping the unprofessionalism consistant from the weekend. She said “maybe” they could try to make it out today. With that solid of a commitment we said Friday morning would be a better option. We’ll see. I don’t have any confidence that they will be able to make it Friday. Luckily the temperatures are decent this week and a space heater should keep it warm in our FROG.
