    I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received since Cassell Brothers acquired Love’s. We had been loyal Love’s customers for years, and after the merger we chose to stay and give the new company a chance. Just a little over a year ago, we invested more than $30,000 to have all of our pipes, sewage drains, hot water heater, and HVAC replaced. Two months ago, our master shower began leaking behind the wall—a direct result of the piping not being replaced as it should have been. The Cassell Brothers technician who inspected it confirmed that this work absolutely should have been completed or, at the very least, discussed with us if it wasn’t going to be. While I understand Cassell Brothers wasn’t the company that originally performed the work, they did retain many of the Love’s employees, including the person who sold us on the repipe. And because they purchased the company, I expected them to stand behind the work and honor the warranty. Instead, I’ve spent $3,700 repairing damage that was no fault of our own, and I’ve spent two months trying to get a resolution from management. I didn’t expect full reimbursement, but offering only $510 for an issue clearly caused by incomplete work feels like a complete disregard for the situation. We will not be using this company for any future needs. I’d rather spend thousands with a company that stands behind its work and values its customers.

    Xavier was out for a call to add Freon to my system. He set up the test equipment it indicated no Freon needed! So he informed me that this was the case and took no further action. I can’t say how impressed I was with the honesty and integrity he showed. I wish this was the rule rather than the exception when dealing with contractors. Going forward I will be the best advertising for Cassell Brothers!! Thank you!

    I would definitely recommend this company. They are efficient and reliable. Trevor was very kind, reliable, and knowledgeable on the issue. I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom due to the toilet. After inspecting it he made a suggestion to replace the toilet to prevent future problems, and within 2 hours I had a new toilet and the leak was repaired.

    We had Cassell come out to perform a plumbing inspection on a home we were looking to purchase. They were able to come out quickly and while there they found and documented several issues that allowed us to negotiate the price of the home for the repairs. We had to have them come back out to verify something another plumber claimed. Ultimately we got the house and they came back out and completed the work. A few things I really liked is that they 1) assigned the same technician - Trevor - to each inspection and to the work which meant he was very familiar with the house when it was time to do the work and I was comfortable with him; 2) they were excellent communicators; 3) they were very punctual; and 4) they looked for ways to help me save money (without cutting corners). What more could you ask for? I HIGHLY recommend using this company. Their values really show through in how they work!

    My service technician was Caleb Jones! Caleb was a plus 10!!! He truly represents professionalism in being very knowledgeable of HVAC, company policies and company procedures. Caleb has superb customer service, was timely, extremely patient, very considerate of the customer, was very respectful of home flooring and property. Caleb portrayed a sense of great pride in working for Cassell Brothers. My heating maintenance service was a great pleasure and joy working with Caleb from Cassell Brothers Home Services.
