- CBChris ButlerMar 29, 20251.0Your team dropped the ball in every way imaginable. After agreeing to the initial quote, the price changed because she didn't look to see where we were located. After the deposit was paid, communication dropped off. The fence was picked up well after the requested pickup (and I asked with over a week's notice). I was told the request was put in, but it was not put in according to other employees when I called. When calling, I was passed around to so many people that it was very apparent no one knew what was going on. We even had to take down the fence and find a place to store it ourselves. My POC just stopped responding to me all together. Needless to say, this was not a great experience.
