They installed my Trane HVAC unit a few years ago and just came back to redesign and install new duct work. The previous duct work (original to the home) was inefficient and showing signs of its age. The install was completed quicker than estimated. I can notice better airflow along with cleaner air. The Trane thermostat was a great addition to complete my HVAC system. I appreciate the ability of the thermostat to communicate any issues the unit may have back to Trane and Preferred Choice. Guess work gone. I believe the price I paid was reasonable and fair. I did not shop around since this is the only company chose to work with. Kudos to the team for all they do to keep us up and running. From install, to repairs and seasonal maintenance we are in great hands!
