My only concern this time (and totally unrelated to Victor) had to do with the required part taking 8 days to be delivered. I received no updates from the office unless I called and pressed for an answer. This part gets three stars.

The second problem was that when the main zone was calling for heating or cooling, as much or more air would go into the master bedroom. I think the first problem was fixed. The second problem was not fixed. We called the next day and another tech is scheduled to work on the issue.

Did a quick and thorough job on the hvac side of things. Everything is working great at the moment. He was also just a pleasure to talk to. Very nice person made the whole experience all the better.
