There was a slight miscommunication issue in the beginning, but Bobby came out and made things right for us. I like the type of carpet cleaner this company uses in comparison to others.

We were initially pleased with the service and selection. With the exception of Anna not writing our phone number correctly, the up front part went smoothly. At installation, the installers were very pleasant and finished in a couple hours with 3 bathroom vanity tops. I inspected and was pleased. It was shortly after they left that I noticed a hairline crack in one of the countertops close to the sink. I immediately called and sent some up close photos of the crack. Although I had spoken to Anna almost daily last week, she completely avoided calling back once I let her know. I made all the effort to get it resolved. The last time I spoke to her she said there was no crack in the photos the installers took basically implying that I either cracked it or was making it up. Apparently their first line of defense is to blame the customer since I have seen the exact issue reported in other reviews. I was told that she would have an owner call me. Instead of a call, I received an email with their photos taken from a distance and the contract I signed stating that I was satisfied with the install. As I explained, it is a hairline crack and not noticed at first glance. We like the granite and because it is not overly noticeable, we are only asking for a written guarantee that if it gets worse, PI Granite will replace it. Based on this, what motivation would I have to purposefully crack it? We did not ask for a discount or refund, just the guarantee. It is appalling to me that this is how they choose to do business, especially in a small town. I will say that we are pleased with the other counters and this issue could have easily been resolved with a phone call or an owner stopping by to check it out. The simple fact that they chose to ignore me, blame me and not acknowledge the fact that it could have happened during fabrication or install tells me that they don't care about customer satisfaction. I do not recommend doing business with this small company at all!! We were recommended by friend's who had a good experience and they have referred not only us, but other friends as well. I doubt very seriously if they will ever refer again. It is a shame how they disregard their customers!! Photos shown from a distance (Installers) obviously don't show a crack but the up close photo (I took shortly after install) show an obvious crack. The owners response below speaks volumes about how little they care about customer service!! Horrible business practice!

PI Granite installed our quartz kitchen counters and vanity tops yesterday and we could not be happier. Very nice folks who are easy to work with. Their prices were extremely competitive and they have a great install team. Check them out!

Frequently Asked Questions About P.I. Granite and Tile

What's the difference between granite and quartz?

Granite is a natural stone, needs to be properly sealed, and is more heat-resistant. Quartz is an engineered, man-made product that doesn't require sealing; however, it is less heat-resistant than granite. Granite has more variation from slab to slab, and quartz is more uniform.

What kind of edge profiles do you install?

We are able to do square, round, or any kind of countertop edge you want.
