  My 23 year old Trane package unit finally gave out on us (heat exchanger, A/c still worked) and decided it was probably time to just replace it. So I looked on Google for Trane specialists with the best reviews and found Complete Heat & Air. I’m so happy I called them because these guys were awesome! Clint came out and gave me 3 pricing options while thoroughly explaining all of the units. Griffin and Evan came to install my unit three days later and it only took a few hours. They installed the Trane thermostat and gave me a tutorial on how to use it. Clint, Evan and Griffin were all so pleasant and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Would definitely recommend Complete Heat & Air for their friendly and knowledgeable employees.

  Very satisfied with my experience with complete heat and air. I had used them previously at a couple of apartment complexes I managed maintenance at. So decided to call them for my home. Courtney white was my consultant. I am also in sales and know sales tactics when I see them. Courtney was very personable, not “Salesy” and truly cared about the product she was offering me. The install team was awesome as well. I met Nick, Cory, and Spencer. All were very personable, and went above and beyond to make sure my property was taken care of. I look forward to referring complete heat and air to others!

  No one likes coming home after a hard day at work to discover their HVAC system not working but our family is thankful for Complete Heating & Air. We contacted Complete Heating & Air at 7 PM on a Tuesday evening and they had a repair technician (Todd in the great cowboy hat) out the first thing Wednesday morning. They had the parts necessary to repair our unit and from start to finish it took less than two hours. Thanks again!

  Complete Heat & Air has been servicing my gas furnace and a/c for years and I am very happy with the work provided. Office staff is very polite and anxious to help and the service men are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything to me when finished. The best part is that they love my dogs and make friends with them as soon as they enter my home. Call Complete Heat & Air and I’m confident you will be happy you did!!

  I have relied on "Complete Heating and Air" for quite some several years. I know that I get top notch service and competitive pricing. This time, rather than just the yearly inspection of our top of the line "Trane" heat-pump/air-conditioning unit, I was having an especially difficult time changing temperatures. It seems that the thermostat ceased functioning slowly, but surely, during the past couple of weeks. Until just today, it got to the point of not being able to adjust the temperature at all! Chris, the resourceful technician from "Complete Heating and Air," came late in the work day, and instead of possibly going home a little early, decided to come to my wife Barbara's and my aid. He was very thorough and proficient in his craft. He explained the differences in available thermostats, and replaced the defective thermostat with the one of my choice. And lastly, but surely not least, if it were not for their receptionist Lauren, we most assuredly would have suffered a few colder nights and hotter days inside than had she not scheduled Chris to come to our aid immediately! I'm extremely glad that "Complete Heating and Air" is there for us! Thanks to Caleb Usery too! We haven't forgotten you! Thanks again, for being there!
