- MCMichael CooperJul 6, 20231.0They charged for service when they couldn't get to the port-a-john. After I complained, they sent me pictures the driver took showing material in the way. My response...did anyone let me know he couldn't get to it? I would have moved the lumber. But no, no notice, just kept billing me for service they didn't do. Meanwhile my subs asked me to have it cleaned because it became quite unsanitary. After that incident, I had a few more issues with being charged but no service done. They said the driver sometimes forgets to write the date on the door...yeah right. I will never use them again as my servicer. They just are so big they don't care.

Don’t worry though the driver will stop by to sign off that the toilets were serviced, except they weren’t. Drivers have no respect for your property as they will drive where ever they want and even attempt to do burn outs. Customer service complaints are handled by responding what do you want us to do about it? Ummm PROVIDE THE SERVICE WE PAY FOR!!

Where available, our A.D.A. units are large enough and contain the proper elements to meet the standards that have been outlined by the 'Americans with Disabilities Act'.
Specifically, the statute states that for single user portable toilets clustered at a single location, at least 5% but no less than one toilet unit shall be installed at each cluster whenever typical inaccessible units are provided. Accessible units shall also be identified by the International Symbol of Accessibility. The exception is that if portable toilet units are used exclusively by construction personnel who do not require the use of an A.D.A. unit, you are not required to comply with this statute.
